Seriously, what is with the creepy clowns popping up everywhere? Most recently the fear-inducing creepers have been spotted in South Carolina and Wisconsin... And now Michigan. 9 & 10 News reports that a creepy clown is prowling Big Rapids.

The Rapid bus service will begin making regular trips to Big Rapids on August 29.  The trips are the result of a collaboration between The Rapid and Ferris State University.
