This is the 54th year for Festival of the Arts in Grand Rapids.

It's another busy summer weekend in West Michigan. There is something for everyone on this week's "Things To Do" List.

The fairs and festivals in West Michigan continue during the summer season. Here is a list of events planned for the first half of the month of June.

A second part is also planned for this September.

Last year, Grand Rapids' half-a-century old celebration of art and music was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, Festival of the Arts has made some adjustments.

2020 marks the event's 50th year.

Grand Rapids' Festival of the Arts, which was set to celebrate its 50th year this year, has announced the cancellation of this year's event due to COVID-19. It was set to take place June 5-7, 2020.

Oh we feel so Festive! The Festival of the Arts is happening this weekend. There is also an Anime Convention, Movies, Comedy, Free Fishing, Princesses, a 5K, Kielbasa and Adult Laser Tag.

Perrin Brewing Company is toasting Festival of the Arts' 50th Anniversary in Grand Rapids with a special, limited-release beer!

Not only is it the Festival of the Arts in downtown Grand Rapids this weekend, but there are also a couple of concerts and plays, two different runs, a free dental clinic, a reptile & exotic pet show, and a chance to adopt a dog.
