With snow and colder temperatures moving in this week, the City of Grand Rapids has announced a partnership with Mel Trotter to further help those experiencing homelessness during the winter months.

With the first big snow hitting Grand Rapids this week, police are teaming up with Mel Trotter Ministries to make sure the city's homeless population have a warm place to stay this winter.
Mel Trotter Ministries provides shelter, food, clothing, education and much more for the "hungry, homeless and hurting of Grand Rapids".
