It has been the heat wave to end all heat waves this week!  To help combat the heat, here are some tips to stay cool: Make sure you wear loose fitting, light colored clothing. Avoid doing lots of outdoor activity. Wait for next week to mow that lawn or take that run. Stay Hydrated! Stay places where it’s cooler, even in the shade can be 10 degrees cooler than in the direct sunlight.
