Wet Willy Punch [Video]

Some guy gave a street performer a wet willy and ended up getting punched in the face!

So, the street performer is kind of having fun with a kid and then this older guy walks up. The kid walks away and the guy begins to poke a little fun with the performer. He walks around him, plays with his hat. All if it seems pretty normal. Then the guy gives the performer a wet willy and the cowboy doesn't do anything at first and then KAPOW! The guy gets punched right in the face.

The crowd seems a little off put, but nobody does anything or walks away.
