Claire Davis, the Littleton, Colo. student who was shot during a rampage at Arapahoe High School on Dec. 13, has died.

Earlier this week, according to TMZ.com, the first lawsuit involving the Colorado shootings has been filed. The man who filed the lawsuit is a man named Torrence Brown Jr. who was not shot, but his best friend was killed during the massacre, and he says he is suffering from "extreme trauma."

Is exactly what I would be screaming if this happened to me.  A couple in Colorado picked up their Sunday paper and checked the numbers for the previous night's Lotto drawing... all of the numbers matched the ticket they bought the day previous.  The couple had just won $4.3 million!  Or did they?

In February, Colorado police were called to a second grade classroom. Aiden, an 8 year old, had threatened his teachers and was wielding a sharp stick as a weapon. Police ordered the boy to drop the stick, but the boy refused. Officer then sprayed the boy with two doses of pepper spray and handcuffed him. Police are defending their actions.
