Everyone wants to live a long life and because of that you have to develop healthy habits to be on that path, such as exercising and eating right.

The secret to living to 150 has been revealed and of course it includes the aforementioned but it has one major downside. You have to give up SEX!

This is according to Professor Alex Zhavoronkov, director of the Biogerontology Research Foundation, reports the Metro. He states that

along with a strict diet and exercise regime, celibacy is a sure fire way to extend your lifespan."

Even if so, that's the craziest thing ever! Who's actually going to give up one of the most enjoyable things in life? Hasn't research proven getting it on makes you HEALTHIER... leading to weight loss and a happier overall life?

But in all fairness, if you take a look at the guy it doesn't seem as if he likes to have fun... of any kind.

He told the Daily Mail:

‘I have sex occasionally, but not on a permanent basis and usually with fellow scientists,’

So in other words, it's boring.
