It’s the final weekend before Christmas. That means there are many Christmas, Chanukah, and Winter related activities this weekend. We also have more tickets for the Grand Rapids Ball Drop on New Year’s Eve. And, if you want to travel back to the 80’s for a few hours...there are a couple of events to do just that!

    Load up the car and hit the roads. There are many people who have decorated their homes to the max! The website Grand Rapids Kids has put together a lists of locations to go check out the lights.     Alonzo Bodden, who won Season 3 on NBC's "Last Comic Standing," has been a panelist on NPR's "Wait Wait...Don't Tell Me," and his special, "Heavy Lightweight," is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video. In 2011, he starred in the comedy special "Who's Paying Attention" on Showtime, released a DVD, and hosts a podcast of the same name. Alonzo has made the rounds on the late night television circuit including appearances on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," "The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn," and "The Keenen Ivory Wayans" show. His film credits include "Scary Movie 4," "The Girl Next Door," and "Bringing Down the House" starring Steve Martin and Queen Latifah.
