An Amber Alert has been issued for a 13-year-old Detroit boy who hasn't been seen since Thursday night. Deontae Mitchell was possibly kidnapped.

The boy's cousin told police that he was grabbed by a man around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday and dragged into a 2002 Chevy Impala.

Shortly before the incident, the two boys had been at Nino's Market in East Warren. According to a release from police, "The cousin stated a drunk man dropped some money while urinating outside the market. The cousin stated Deontae Mitchell picked up the money and both cousins pedaled off on their bicycles."

Deontae's mother, Crystal, has not heard from her son.

According to Amber Alert Michigan, the suspect is a black male, 5'6", 175 pounds, and around 40-years-old. He should be considered armed and dangerous as he may carrying a firearm.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call the police immediately.
