Are You Going To Take Your Kids Trick Or Treating? [Poll]
We are less than a week away from Halloween and it's time to start thinking about whether or not you will be taking your kids out trick or treating.
The Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) aren't "cancelling" Halloween and instead are simply giving guidelines for how families can safely trick or treat.
So, we want to know what you are doing for Halloween this year. Are you trick or treating? Handing out candy? Or heading to a Halloween party? Let us know by taking answering the questions in our poll below.
If you are following all of the guidelines and want to let trick or treaters know that your house is a safe place to get some candy, think about putting a purple pumpkin on your doorstep. It's also recommended that you measure out 6 foot markers on the walkway to your door so kids can have an easy reference for social distancing while waiting for candy. Proper safety measures should be pretty easy to follow because it will be in the 30s and breezy on Halloween night so masks will actually keep your face warm. Happy Halloween!
