There are a ton of ways that you can quit a job. You can send a text or email to your boss, telling them you're finished.

You can also do something really dramatic, and cause a scene. (I'm guilty of this one.)

Or, maybe you're old school... pull a Johnny Paycheck and tell them to "take this job and shove it".

No matter how you rage quit, the point is that you send the message that you're unsatisfied with your surroundings and looking for a change. Who knows, maybe the person who replaces you will have a better time if you make it known why you're leaving.

And I'm not sure that's the point the staff of this Arby's in Battle Creek, Michigan who quit in the most public way imaginable.

A viral video from Tik Tok user @missy_coolaunt shows the sign in question.

Yes, that's real. And the best part is her narration in the background: "Only in Battle Creek", as if to admit: yeah, we're not shocked that they quit.

Which Arby's location did this happen at in Battle Creek?

While, the video doesn't state which location this was, I did a little investigative work to figure it out...

In the background of the video, you can see a gas station. And based on the overhang, it appears to be a Meijer gas station.

If you look at google maps, the only Arby's that is next to a Meijer gas station is the one at 2195 W Columbia Ave.

And while I can't confirm if the sign is currently still up (I doubt it), it's still surreal to see something like this in our own backyard.
