Blue Star Highway Cannabis Club

There's a cannabis club that is ran by a former police dispatcher just off the shores of Lake Michigan.

According to MLive, in South Haven Township the Curve Inn on Blue Star Highway is now letting people host private marijuana events on Saturday nights.

Former police dispatcher, Pat Clausen, and owner of the Curve Inn bar and grill said she used to smoke the herb back in the day but quit when she became a dispatcher for the po po.

Clausen mentioned that when she worked as a dispatcher, she handled plenty of alcohol and drug related calls but those calls didn't have the same types of incidents that involved marijuana.

The Curve Inn will be hosting cannabis club events at 9 p.m. on Saturday nights.

Clausen said people can play pool, have some drinks, enjoy music and socialize with others while smoking some fatty's, gurgle some glass pipes or vape.

Patron James Buckley says its a laid back friendly atmosphere. Buckley said, "I've seen nothing but smiling faces."
