Bombay Cuisine Closing in Eastown

The owners of Bombay Cuisine shared news of the closure to Facebook saying,

The decision to close down was not an easy one but, due to the owners retirement, it is necessary. We have provided quality Indian food for 25 years in Eastown...Thank you for your loyal patronage over the years. We truly appreciate all of your business.

Bombay Cuisine is located at 1400 Lake Drive SE and has served authentic Indian food in Grand Rapids since 1998.

The owners also operate East West Brewing Company, which is closing as well.

The restaurant's last day in business will be October 2, 2022 - so head in soon if you'd like to have one last meal there!

The owners do say that due to the closure, not all menu items may be available; also stay tuned for specials during Bombay Cuisine's last week open.

New Restaurant to Open in Place of Bombay Cuisine

While we're sad to see Bombay Cuisine go, there is a silver lining!

The owners say that another restaurant will be taking over and opening up at 1400 Lake Drive SE.

Further details on the new restaurant have not been provided.
