BREAKING: Body Of Missing Grand Rapids Mother Pulled From Newaygo County Lake

Just in from our friends at WZZM-13, dive teams have located the body of a missing woman in Newaygo County.

Brandi Humphrey, 35, went under and did not come back up on Sunday afternoon. Low visibility in the water hindered search efforts, and more boats and more sophisticated sonar equipment were brought in Tuesday morning to help with the search.

WZZM 13's Alex Shabad tweeted at 11:10 a.m. that Humphrey's body had been found by sonar equipment.

Humphrey was a mother of three and lived in Grand Rapids. She had just become engaged to Mike Mead on Saturday night. She was boating on Kimball Lake, just north of Newaygo, with family and friends on the day that she disappeared.
