CDC Announces New Mask Guidance
Tuesday, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released updated guidelines for masks when it comes to outdoor activities.
Under the new guidelines, officials say that fully vaccinated people can be unmasked outdoors when alone or with other members of their households. In addition, the CDC says that fully vaccinated people can gather outdoors in a small group of other fully vaccinated people without masks.
This doesn't mean that you can go sans mask during ALL outdoor activities, however. The New York Post reports that the CDC still recommends that everyone wear a face covering in large outdoor gatherings.
