Detroit Made The List Of New Properties in Monopoly

The new Monopoly game "Here and Now" launches this fall and Monopoly fans around the world have selected their favorite cities to be featured on the board.

4 million votes were cast cast in 182 countries and then on the Monopoly brand's birthday Hasbro Inc. revealed the final list. There will be two versions of the game; US and a World edition and each will feature iconic landmark tokens and new rules to each edition where players race round the board to visit as many locations as possible, collecting passport stamps along the way. Players will collect cash from visitor fees when opponents land on their locations and the first player to fill their passport wins.

The exciting part is that Detroit made the US list!
