Did Madonna Lie About Building 10 Schools?

Madonna has certainly said that she's done her part to help the country of Malawi. She adopted two of her children from there for cry eye!

However the prime minister of the country is contesting that Madge did indeed build 10 schools in country. Stating that she only built 10 classroom blocks in schools that already existed. He followed up by saying that her organization had nothing to do with the schools being built in any way.

However, after a little digging it was found that a very good friend of the prime ministers was actually put up as the head mistress of one of the schools Madonna put up the money for. Because of mismanagement the school was shut down. So, there may be a little axe to grind.
