Does Downtown Grand Rapids lack late night eats?
After living in downtown Grand Rapids, I have noticed a few things that happen on a daily basis.
- People do not know how to drive at Ottawa Ave and Fulton Ave intersection.
- There will be a line of young people flooding the sidewalks outside of Social House every single day of the week.
- There are absolutely no places for late-night munchies that stay open past 10:00 PM!
After I saw this tweet, I knew that I was not alone.
I tried to find places that you can grub at during the wee hours of the night.
While there are a few, there is definitely not nearly enough, especially with all the concerts and late-night fun.
Here are the few restaurants that stay open till at least midnight.
HopCat
Once I moved, this was the first place that Big Joe recommended that I try.

After a full night of drinking or a rowdy concert experience, you can soak all of that up with their iconic Cosmic Fries.
Stella's Lounge
Need a nice and juicy burger after a long night out? I would definitely walk over to Stella's Lounge.
If you are in Stella Lounge between Monday and Thursday after 9:00 PM, there are Chronic Hour deals.
- $2 PBR Drafts
- $3 Wells
- $5 Nachos
- 1/2 off Chronic Fries

Brick and Porter
If you want something a little more upgraded, check out Brick & Porter.

The B.O.B.
Wooo! The B.O.B. is back for all of the late-night shenanigans.

After visiting for the first time ever, The B.O.B. is definitely a fun place to hang out before, during, or after a late night.
