And those are the iconic Budweiser Clydesdales. If you've never seen them in person, you have your chance this summer. They are coming to one of West Michigan's biggest festivals this summer.

The beloved brew-themed equines are scheduled to appear in downtown Grand Haven during the this year's Coast Guard Festival. They won't be there for the big fireworks show though- instead they'll be making an apperance on August 3 during the parade, according to festival organizers.

These beautiful, giant friends make hundreds of appearances yearly, captivating audiences with their majestic presence. So if you've never seen them for yourself, you have to make sure to show up for this year's Coast Guard festival parade.

What does it take to be a Budweiser Clydesdale?

The Grand Haven Coast Guard Festival revealed that the Clydesdales must meet specific criteria to join Budweiser’s team. Mature geldings must be at least 4 years old and stand a minimum of 72 inches at the shoulder. They must also have a bay coat with white facial markings, white legs, and black tails and manes.
