Forbes Magazine seems to have a thing for Grand Rapids these days. In fact, they've named Grand Rapids one of the Top 10 Happiest Cities to Work In Right Now. How did they decide this? Find out after the jump!

Grand Rapids came in at number 7 on the list, with an overall score of 3.95 out of 5.0 given by employees in the city. Employees were asked to rank (on a 5 point scale): the company you work for, the culture of your company, the growth opportunities available to you, the people you work with, the person you work for, the place you work, the rewards you receive, the support you get, the way you work, and the work you do.
