It was just a few weeks ago that I took a little Sunday trip to Holland to grab some trading cards, only to find out today that the owner of the Holland location said they'll be closing their doors. In a post made late at night on May 9th, he explained that although this location is closing, the other location in Grandville did have some good news:

We have some good news and some bad news to announce. Good news first. We recently signed a lease extension for the Grandville store. We opened that location in 2010 and will continue to be open for many more years to come. Now for the bad news. After being open in Holland for nearly 10 years, I have to announce the closing of this location effective immediately. Our lease has been up for over 6 months now and our landlord has been gracious enough to let us stay on month to month while we negotiated a lease extension.

Unfortunately, the owner and the landlord were unable to come to an agreement on a lease extension, and he says the landlord has already filled the space with a new tenant who will move in very soon. All the remaining product that's currently in the Holland location will be moved to the Grandville store. Any store credit at the Holland location will be transferred over the Grandville.
