Now that we’re all good and loosened up, it’s time for the 2018 Golden Globes to crown the Best Television Series, Comedy. Amazon takes home the gold once more, this year for The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

Creator Amy Sherman-Palladino accepted the award on behalf of cast and crew, promising food trucks to the crew that slavishly recreate 1958 New York. The energized showrunner also thanked Amazon’s checks for clearing, along with “half-human, half-Tolkien character” and fellow Golden Globe winner Rachel Brosnahan. At the end, Sherman-Palladino played herself off, wandering backstage in search of free cheese. As one does.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel won in a field that this year included ABC’s black-ish, Showtime’s SMILF, Netflix’s Master of None and NBC’s Will & Grace revival. Last year’s field was markedly different with FX’s Atlanta, HBO’s Veep and Amazon’s Mozart in the Jungle and Transparent, with Atlanta taking home the honor.

We’ll follow along with every winner from tonight’s big show, so stay tuned for more on the 2018 Golden Globes.
