I like going to Goodwill to shop for T-shirts. Sure, you can buy T's at any clothing store, but at Goodwill, I'm finding things that not everyone else has. I like to think of it as vintage chic without paying "vintage" or "faux-vintage" prices.

There's some other perks: I once got a date because I was wearing a summer camp shirt —from a camp I didn't go to! My shirt inspired someone who spent a lot of time at summer camps as a kid to come over a strike up a convo. #win

You can also find shirts that really meant something or that bring back a retro cool moment. OR if you are shopping for a certain holiday, there's usually something that again, isn't what every last-minute shopper is finding and if anything, it may appear you've been "low key cool" for a while now.

Here are some great finds from my most recent Goodwill shopping trip:

This is a pretty cool-looking shirt. And there's a good chance someone might think I'm more athletic (or used to be) than I really am.  So win/win.

For Topsy :(

If you're not familiar with Topsy's sad tale, Bob's Burgers featured a special song about her.

Not even sure of what it says, but it's be-dazzled and, of course, caught my eye. It's fancy and street all in one.

'Merica and Christmas. Good for 4th of July and Christmas ... I guess.

This is a cool shirt from a theme night at the Whitecaps. Probably not a lot of people have this shirt anymore — so, throwback!
