
A Michigan man who went on a 48-hour crime spree and stabbed a K9 officer has finally learned his fate
A Michigan man who back in 2022 went on a 48-hour crime spree in Grand Rapids is facing a long time behind bars after his prison sentence was handed down on Thursday.

A judge sentenced Terry Junior Warren to 25-60 years in Prison for crimes he committed back on November 12th and 13th of 2022.

What Crimes Did Terry Junior Warren Commit
During his 2-day crime Warren racked up multiple charges that included:
Saturday November 12th
- Felonious Assault (2 counts)
- Assault w/Dangerous Weapon (2 counts)
- Felon in Possession of Firearm
- Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm Less than Murder
- Flee and Elude 4th Degree
- Habitual Offender, 4th Offense
Sunday November 13th
- Assault with Intent to Murder
- Home Invasion 1st Degree
- Killing/Causing Serious Injury to Police Animal
- Felon in Possession of Ammunition
- Felon in Possession of Firearm
- Felony Firearm (3 counts)
- Habitual Offender, 4th Offense
Facing a long list of charges, Warren ended up pleading guilty to the following:
- Assault
- Felony firearm
- Felonious assault (2 counts)
- Assault with intent to murder
- Home invasion first-degree
- Causing serious injury to a police animal
- Felony firearm and as a habitual offender in both cases.
During the arrest a K9 officer, named "Eli," was stabbed by Warren.
The stab wound resulted in Eli losing a lot of blood, suffering a punctured lung, and major chest injuries as well.
Eli had to undergo surgery and a blood transfusions but thanks to the amazing vets Eli recovered and was released from the hospital a few days later.
Eli went on to serve for several more years until retiring from the force in May of this year.

I'm glad that the judge handed down a lengthy prison sentence so that Warren won't be released back onto the streets anytime soon to hurt someone else.
