Shrek came out in 2001 with Mike Myers playing the main role, and became a smash hit. But did you know the role was originally played and made for Chris Farley?

Farley actually had most of the lines for the role of Shrek recorded before he tragically passed in 1997. Thankfully, Myers was able to step in and redo the entire movie in time for a 2001 release.

But now, recordings of Farley's audio have been leaked on the internet, including storyboards giving you an idea of what Shrek originally was supposed to sound like.
