The formerly vacant building has been transformed into Gimme's Par and Grill, a golf-themed bar and restaurant.
The first floor has two private simulation bays for large parties. They offer other virtual play options like soccer, tennis, and zombie dodgeball. The second floor long offers seven more golf simulators.
According to Crain's Grand Rapids in total, the building will be able to accommodate 350 people.
While a menu has not been shared yet, Gimme's owners say it will serve "all the good stuff... from extremely snackable appetizers, to that entrée you order when you're feeling fancy." You'll also find craft beverages.
