Founded in Kalamazoo in 1984, Hot 'n Now once boasted more than 150 locations nationwide. After struggling in the ’90s and declaring bankruptcy in 2004, the chain dwindled down to a single Sturgis location, which developed a devoted following. Now, West Michigan fans can enjoy the nostalgic menu close to home.
