Michigan native singer and actor Brian d'Arcy James sings the Michigan Christmas song you'll long to hear over and over again during the holiday season.

James is a Saginaw area native and wrote his "Michigan Christmas" song in 2004. Since then it's been a seasonal favorite around the Great Lakes State and an instant classic, particularly to those native Michiganders who have moved away as adults and long for their home state around Christmastime.

The song touches on several Michigan locations such as Saginaw, the "thumb of the Mitten," the Mackinac Bridge and Lake Michigan breezes.
