The Michigan Bean Company, founded in 1915 in Saginaw, was a staple business until folding in 1955, but the abandoned grain elevator still stands to this day and is now for sale for the right owner who has the time to restore this iconic building.

Currently, the building which stands at Henderson Road is up for sale for only $25,000, which is pretty good for a historic building, however, it's gonna need some tender, loving care, as the listing describes:
