Police are investigating after headstones at a Jewish cemetery in Grand Rapids were spray-painted with "TRUMP" and "MAGA".

The GRPD say were there notified of the vandalism at Ahavas Achim Cemetery on Garfield Avenue NW near Richmond Street on Monday, Nov. 2, Wood TV 8 reports.

The Anti-Defamation League shared the damage to the cemetery on Twitter:

The Michigan Democratic Jewish Caucus said in a statement they are "appalled by the pro-Trump desecration of Ahavas Israel cemetery in Grand Rapids, on the day Donald Trump is slated to close his 2020 campaign with a rally in the city."

According to Wood TV 8, GRPD did not find any evidence at the scene nor do they have any suspects.
