Justin Bieber is rumored to have a thing with Hailey Baldwin and with the recent pictures the two have been posting on Instagram, it seems to be a no brainer that the two are together.  An interesting tidbit about the couple is that they actually met for the first time in 2009 at a meet and greet during one of Justin's concerts.
