A titan in comedy has exited from what is probably the most famous telethon of all time. Jerry Lewis announced he would not be returning to host the MDA telethon earlier this year. Then to much astonishment, the new MDA Chairman, Rodney Howell, said that Lewis "will not be appearing on the telethon" and "we will not be replacing him as MDA national chairman." - [ABC News]
