Good news if your kids have been worried about whether or not the Easter Bunny will be able to visit them on Sunday because of the stay at home order during the coronavirus outbreak; Governor Whitmer and the First Dog, Kevin, gave a message of hope to kids on Wednesday afternoon.

She said that she has informed both the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy that they are considered essential and they should still do what they normally would do.

She did warn though that there is an excess demand on goodies left behind by both and so they were having to substitute treats this year and that kids should be understanding of this.

Helpful if your kid's Easter basket just has a roll of toilet paper and a pack of fruit snacks because you or the Easter Bunny didn't go out to the store. You know, because Easter is this Sunday.
