A Michigan law firm is suing Lady Gaga as part of a class action suit claiming the pop star mishandled money she claimed was going to provide earthquake relief for Japan.

The "We Pray For Japan" wristbands were to sell for $5 each, with proceeds to the victims. The suit accuses Gaga of profiting from the effort, including receiving a percentage of the shipping charges.
