LaughFest Tickets On Sale

Individual tickets for the nation’s first-ever community-wide festival of laughter, Gilda’s LaughFest, are on sale! Tickets can be purchased at ticketmaster.com (search LaughFest) or by calling 800-745-3000: tickets can also be purchased at the VanAndel Arena box office. Gilda’s LaughFest opens March 10, 2011 and runs through March 20.

Tickets range in price from $7 for family friendly events such as Super Saturdays, being held at Ford Fieldhouse, to $77.50 for premium seating during top headliner and comedian Bill Cosby’s shows.

Festival ticket packages drove early sales as nearly 1,000 “Gifts of Laughter” have been sold-to-date.  As a result, the Clean Comedy Showcase I with dinner on Friday, March 11 at 6 p.m. in The Tent at The B.O.B has sold out. Also sold out is the 7 p.m. Stand-up Comedy Competition at Dr. Grins on March 19.

Gilda's Club Grand Rapids is a free cancer and grief support community of children, adults, families and friends. Its comprehensive program includes education, structured sharing times, networking, lectures, workshops and social activities. Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids is the largest and busiest of the 52 affiliates in North America. The organization runs entirely on charitable donations and currently serves more than 10,000 individuals each year at its clubhouses in Grand Rapids and Lowell, in various schools and in five community centers.
