Lea Michele Posts Heartbreaking Photo Of Cory Monteith On What Would Have Been His Birthday

Mother's Day marked what would have been Cory Monteith's 32nd birthday. The actor passed away last July in a Vancouver hotel room as a result of a lethal combination of heroin and alcohol.

Monteith and Lea Michele shared a romance both on and off the screen, and to commemorate his birthday, Lea posted a photo on Twitter that is both heartbreaking and absolutely lovely. 

Montheith played the role of Finn Hudson for four years on the hit TV show Glee. The show is currently in its sixth and final season.
