"Do you really love lamp?" Steve asked his new daughter, Izzy. The fascinated stare was his answer.

  1. Today’s first Daddy Tip is for all those times where you just kind find your keys, wallet, or matching shoe. Have you checked your toddler’s sock drawer? Seriously, this tip is to look in the most insanely stupid spot you can think of when looking for that thing you just kind find because toddlers love taking things and hiding them. And there is an added bonus because I have found rotten food, old juice boxes, and even dog food hidden around the house because of Charlotte.
  2. The next Daddy Tip is to save your egg cartons, paper towel rolls, and random bits of cardboard because with winter coming and COVID cases growing, you might be stuck indoors soon. Egg cartons, paper towel rolls, and cardboard are all the tools you need for some epic arts and crafts and there are a lot of holidays coming up to theme your craft time with. Charlotte loves her arts and crafts and your toddler probably will too.
  3. And the final Daddy Tip of the week is for parents who have newborns. Don’t get jealous of lamp. Lamp will always be the most popular person in the family and you should let lamp comfort your baby when they need it. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, you probably don’t know that newborns are sometimes obsessed with lights, and sometimes no matter how hard you try your kid will like the lamp more than they will like you. Babies love lamp.

And now it’s time for an Awesome Dad joke!

Q: What’s made of leather and sounds like a sneeze?
