Man Buys Abandoned House, Finds Immensely Valuable Comic Book Inside

David Gonzalez just found the most valuable comic book EVER while remodeling his new home. The 1938 copy of Action Comics Number One: Superman comic book was discovered within one of the walls he busted out.  An avid flipper, the 34 year old Minnesota man bought the house for a whopping $10,100 in the city of Elbow Lake, with the intention of repairing and reselling it. He's pretty much guaranteed to get a solid return on his investment with this one.

It would have been worth upwards of $2 million if it'd been in mint condition. But it wasn't.. His relatives tore the comic book out of excitement, knocking the value down about $75,000 dollars :(. That, combined with the initial condition of the comic, has it currently being auctioned online at $135,000. Not too shabby!
