Both Meijer and Target have announced that while COVID-19 continues to be an issue, they will not be accepting returns from customers.

Meijer made the announcement on Friday. The temporary ban will continue through April 16.

The precautionary measure also includes recalls, exchanges and deposit refunds.

Because of this, the retailer will extend its return policy by 120 days on all items.

The customer service desk will stay open for postal services, Western Union, and lotto purchases.

Target also announced some stricter policy changes that also includes a temporary stop on returns and exchanges for three weeks. Target is also asking customers not to bring in reusable bags unless you bag your items yourself.
