U of M Named One Of The Best Colleges For Sports Fans
Before we go too far, I must disclose that I'm a die hard Michigan State University fan.
And when I saw that the U of M made the list of best colleges for sports fans but MSU didn't I was a bit disappointed.

While I'm not a Wolverine fan I still have respect for this amazing school for both athletics and education.

USA Today put together a list of the ten best colleges for sports fans.
They asked an expert panel to nominate their top choices and then it was left up to readers to decided who made the final cut.
Let's take a look at the top 10 colleges and where Michigan landed on this list.
#10 University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana
#9 University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon
#8 Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana
#7 Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas
#6 The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio
#5 University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan
#4 University of Wisconsin-Madison in Madison, Wisconsin
#3 University of Connecticut in Mansfield, Connecticut
#2 University Of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi
#1 University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee
While I'm still disappointed Michigan State University didn't make the list I know I'm not the only person that was happy to see Michigan above Ohio State.
