
FBI Thwarts Terror Plot Targeting Halloween in Michigan
October is the one month of the year where we actually loved to be scared.
We watch scary movies and spend money to enter haunted houses where we don't know whats lurking around the corner.
The biggest day of the year to be scared is Halloween.

But early on Halloween morning, a different kind of scary happened.
News broke about an alleged terror plot that was foiled in Michigan with plans for the attack to happen over the Halloween weekend.

Several suspects, including young adults and teenagers, were arrested during coordinated FBI raids on homes in Dearborn and a storage facility in Inkster.
FBI Director Kash Patel described the plot as a 'potential terrorist attack,' but many details remain sealed in court documents.
The suspects were reportedly inspired by ISIS and had been involved in firearms training, including practicing with AK-47 rifles and high-speed reloads.
They referenced 'Pumpkin Day' in online chats, believed to be code for the planned attack
Nearby neighbors were awakened by loud noises as FBI agents carried out the operations.
The Dearborn Police Department confirmed the FBI's activity and reassured the community that there was no current threat."
At least five people were taken into custody, ranging in age from their teens to young adulthood.
The FBI didn't provide specific details about charges or targets.
These arrests follow a previous thwarted terror plot in Michigan five months earlier.
