Plainwell Officials Ask For Help Finding Missing, Endangered Man

The City of Plainwell is asking the public for help locating a man who they say is missing and potentially endangered.

According to a post by the City of Plainwell on Facebook, 60-year-old Robert Wayne Eastwood has been missing since the early morning hours of December 19. Officials say that he walked away from his home, was seen walking in the City of Plainwell, but has not been located since.

It's being reported that Mr. Eastwood had a prior brain injury that may impact his ability to care for himself.

Much like the rest of West Michigan, Plainwell is currently experiencing cold temperatures, snow, and gusty winds, which could be dangerous if someone has prolonged exposure.

Robert Wane Eastwood is described as being 6'0" tall and approximately 225 lbs. He has brown eyes and facial hair with hints of gray in it. He was last seen wearing a black or possibly dark green jacket.

Police ask that when you call, you provide as much information as possible about the location and time you saw Mr. Eastwood, the direction he was travelling in, and any other details that may help officers locate him.
