Tong was found inside Wells Hall on Sunday in possession of legally purchased substance that included sodium hydroxide pellets, hydrochloric acid, methanol, isopropyl alcohol, acetone, and butane.
While these items can be used legally, they can also be combined to make meth.
The investigation is still ongoing and more details will be coming.
