Whenever people get gift cards, sometimes they are not what you actually want!

Here are a few of the gift cards that people in West Michigan said they would want to receive.

Meijers

As weird as this will sound, I did not know Meijers had gift cards. This seems like the perfect gift card to give people, especially for Christmas.

What better way to show someone that you care than you help feed their entire family for the holidays?

Spa/Massage

This is always a go-to for me when I do not know to get someone.

It is the perfect gift card idea. Whether they use it for a massage or a facial, anyone can have a good time. You can even drop a little more money for a couple's massage.

Amazon

Kaley C said, "Amazon 100%."

For this poll, this was the most requested gift card in the bunch.

It makes sense cause in essence, an Amazon gift card is sort of like a Visa gift card.

Since Amazon has everything you need, with an Amazon gift card, the person could go in and buy whatever they want. If they have a wishlist or not, they will still be able to find something that they need to buy on Amazon.

Target

Jenny Van K. said, "Target. I spend 40 hours a week there, would be nice to have a little extra to spend."

If you are anything like Jenny, you love Target. I do not go often because I never leave with any of the things I intended to buy.

I agree that Target is a vortex where you get sucked into buying everything. It would be nice to have some extra pocket change to spend at Target.
