New Apartment Complex Coming to North Side of Grand Rapids

Construction is about to begin on new townhomes in Grand Rapids.

In a news release from CD Barnes Construction they say their new complex, The Villages at Thirteen Hundred, will consist of thirteen two-story homes located at 1300 3 Mile Rd. NE.  Each building will have anywhere from two to six units inside of it and will vary in 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments. The apartments will range anywhere from 1,040 – 1,501 sq. ft. with the following amenities:

• Granite countertops
• Stainless steel appliances
• Full-size Washer/Dryer
• Walk-in closets
• Bathrooms attached to each bedroom
• Attached garage
• Patio/balcony

A dog park and outdoor gathering area will be available for the community to use.

A groundbreaking ceremony will take place on Monday, 9/24 at 11 a.m. Construction is expected to be completed by early 2020.
