Oregon Man Snowbound For 5 Days Survives On Hot Sauce Packets
First off, he's lucky those weren't mild sauce packets otherwise he might have froze to death!
But all jokes aside, Jeremy Taylor traveled up a rural road to go snowmobiling but was unable to get back down the rural road after several inches of snow had fallen. So, he and his dog Ally decided to spend the night in his truck and try again in the morning. After more snow had fallen overnight he was still unable to get out.
Jeremy had to spend 5 days, from Sunday through Thursday of last week, periodically turning on his car for warmth and gaining sustenance from leftover Taco Bell hot sauce packets. When Jeremy went missing and when he was finally located, the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office posted announcements on their Facebook page.
