Poisonous Pen: The new (AND REAL) James Bond-ish Weapon

Last year in Korea a would-be assassin was arrested before he could harm his intended victim. Now, the various weapons found on his person are being shown to the public. Some of the stuff they guy had on him was incredibly amazing (yet dangerous and insane)!! One of the weapons that was most interesting was the poisonous pen. The pen (when used) feels like a teeny tiny pin prick (somewhat like a mosquito bite) and within seconds feeling of muscle paralysis begin. Within a matter of minutes suffocation begins and the victim is gone.
