For years, the TV commercials and radio ads were voiced by Home Improvement star Tim Allen.

These ads highlighted all the amazing things about Michigan that you can do and experience year-round.

In 2012, Pure Michigan highlighted Grand Rapids in one of its ads.

Now, there's a new promotion that will give Michiganders and people around the world a chance to experience the Great Lake State in a whole new way: with their nose.

Pure Michigan Tourism Campaign Releases New Scent

Pure Michigan teamed up with a Michigan-based company called The Aroma Labs to create a scent called "FRESH."

The new scent captures a summer vacation day on a Michigan beach with smells of freshwater coastlines, Great Lakes wineries, lavender fields, and laughter.

This summertime scent is the first of four that are set to be released.

There are also plans to release scents for the three other seasons in Michigan.

Those scents will be called HARVEST, FIRST SNOW, and AWAKENING.

How Can You Buy The New Pure Michigan Scent

If you want to buy the new scent, you can grab a 4oz bottle for $32 either in person at one of The Aroma Labs' three Michigan stores in Detroit, Grand Rapids, or Kalamazoo.
