Reality TV Star Diem Brown Dies At 32

People is reporting that reality TV star Diem Brown has lost her long battle with cancer. She was 32.

Brown, who became a familiar face after appearing on MTV's Real World/Road Rules Challenge, and had chronicled her cancer fight in a blog for PEOPLE.com. 

Last month, Brown revealed the that the cancer that had been found in her stomach and colon back in August had spread to her liver and lymph nodes.

Friends and family had been gathering at her bedside at a New York City hospital this week as her condition worsened.

"No matter what it is, you're going to have the bad days, but if you have hope throughout, you won, no matter what the results," Brown told People back in October. "Life is so beautiful."
