Sadly not everyone has that same kind of experiences with landlords.

Javon Crawford and his wife were going to the hospital to see his Grandma.

While they were gone, he was expecting his landlord to fix a hole in the roof where birds were getting into the attic as well as repair the ceiling in his daughter's bedroom.

After Javon left the house, the landlord got to work, but it wasn't to fix the issues with the home, he was busy getting it on with a lady friend and the entire incident was caught on video.

Javon said that while at the hospital his wife kept on getting motion notifications and when she clicked on them she saw the landlord naked and walking into the room where he proceeded to make love to a lady friend on the floor.

Javon spoke with Fox 2 in Detroit about this insane moment.
